Who does the art for Sow Joyful Designs?

All Sow Joyful Designs heat transfers and digital designs are exclusively hand lettered and/or designed by the owner, DeMaitresse Kelly. All items purchased are for personal and small business use only. Artwork may not be altered, duplicated, or used for commercial resale without permission and licensing. What is your policy for refunds/returns?

All sales are final. Refunds and cancelations are not provided once an order has been confirmed. Please review your order before submitting it.

 What about shipping?

Currently, Sow Joyful Designs only ships domestically to the United States. All products are shipped via flat rates, with taxes and shipping times varying based on destination and USPS times. Emails will be sent updating on the receipt of your order, and a tracking number for your order once shipped. If you have any questions regarding your order, please feel free to email sowjoyfuldesigns@gmail.com, and I will happy to help you.

What if my package gets lost, stolen, etc.?

Unfortunately, once items are dropped off at the post office, I am no longer responsible for your package. Be sure to add Route to your cart for package protection, and real time tracking. In addition, check your email and spam folder for your tracking number that Shopify automatically sends once your order has been fulfilled. Please note, if your package is lost, stolen, etc. the best way to get it resolved would be to contact your local post office for further directions.

Also, please be sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. The information you provide is where I will ship to. I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address.

*Please note that once an order has been confirmed, I am unable to make any changes to it, and there are no refunds or cancelations.

What is the turnaround time (TAT)? Most transfers are ready to ship. However, if quantities ordered are not available at time of purchase, order will ship within 7-10 business days.

Do you provide a mock up of transfer if needed?

Yes. I will be happy to provide the mock up used on my website if needed. However, you MUST either leave my Sow Joyful Designs logo on it, or use your business logo or watermark to prevent others from stealing or copying my designs. Please leave a message for this request in the “note to seller” section when placing your order. 

How do I apply the heat  transfer?
